Mintz Levin Represents Alphatec Holdings, Inc. in $92 Million Public Offering

NEW YORK, Apr 22, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) — Attorneys from across a number of offices and practice areas of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. represented Alphatec Holdings, Inc. in its public offering of 18,400,000 shares of its common stock.

Alphatec Holdings Inc. is the parent company of Alphatec Spine, Inc., a medical device company that designs, develops, manufactures and markets products for the surgical treatment of spine disorders.

Jefferies & Company, Inc. acted as lead book-running manager for the offering, with Canaccord Adams Inc. as joint book-running manager and Cowen and Company and Lazard Capital Markets LLC as co-managers.
