Aegis Spine, Inc. successfully implants 100th level of AccelFix-XT Expandable TLIF Interbody shortly after gaining FDA clearance

After a successful product launch at NASS 2019 in Chicago, Il, Aegis Spine, Inc. has implanted its 100th surgical level of AccelFix-XT Expandable TLIF

Aegis Spine, Inc., is pleased to announce that in just a few short months since its initial alpha launch at NASS 2019, the AccelFix-XT Expandable TLIF has been successfully implanted in over 100 surgical levels in patients across the country.

The AccelFix technology is comprised of a family of titanium expandable interbody devices designed to expand in height, implanted in lateral lumbar interbody fusion (LLIF), posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF), transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) and anterior Psoas lumbar interbody fusion (ATP) spinal procedures.  The Aegis Spine portfolio contains various footprints, heights and degrees of lordosis to provide a customized anatomical fit for a clinically successful fusion environment. Aegis Spine will be continuing to add new and innovative products in the upcoming year.
