AccelSPINE announces new member of medical advisory board
AccelSPINE recently announced Fredrick A. Pennings, MD, as the newest member to join the company’s medical advisory board.
Pennings developed a patent-pending, minimally invasive spine procedure and has helped guide the United States-based medical device company plans to launch new minimally invasive spine surgery devices, according to a press release from the company.
Pennings completed a spine surgery fellowship at the UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento. He is currently an assistant professor in the department of neurosurgery at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and director of the minimally invasive spine program at UMass Memorial Medical Center, according to the release.
