Alan brings extensive experience as a global leader in the orthopedic and medical device space, with prior senior commercialization roles at Stryker, Smith & Nephew and Lima Corporate.

Alan has over 25 years in the Medical Device space. He has spent the last 3 years serving as VP, Americas for Lima Corporate as well as GM of Lima USA which specializes in advanced Trabecular Titanium Shoulders, Hips and Knees. Previously he spent 6 years as an Executive Team Member with Smith & Nephew and 13 years with Stryker.
