(“Medical 2011”) to act as OrthoPediatrics’ exclusive sales agency in Italy. Medical 2011 has served as OrthoPediatrics’ stocking distributor since 2013 and under the terms of the agreement, OrthoPediatrics will sell direct to hospitals in Italy with Medical 2011 as the Company’s exclusive sales agency.
