Fed. Circ. Remands Stryker IP Suit, Orders New Judge
Law360, New York (June 10, 2010) — A federal appeals court has reversed a lower court’s ruling that TriMed Inc.’s implantable wrist-fracture fixation device patent is invalid, and ordered that the infringement suit against Stryker Corp. be assigned to a new district judge.
