Howard, thanks for the comment. I am not sure how this is unethical. Firstly, we will have zero access to the resumes that are submitted. Secondly, if another search firm has a concern about our site, they are more than able to continue whatever other job boards/sources that they usually use. We aren't forcing anyone to post anything here. We have just added another venue for people to find opportunities.
