(NASDAQ:CFMS) announced today that it has entered into a settlement and license agreement with Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc., Zimmer, Inc., Zimmer US, Inc., and Biomet Manufacturing, LLC (together, “Zimmer Biomet”) that resolves all patent disputes between the companies.
