Pantheon Surgical Acquires Blue Topaz/CompresSIve Technology

Pantheon Surgical, a medical technology firm focused on next-generation modular products aimed at sustainability and improved patient outcomes, announces the acquisition of Blue Topaz/CompresSIve sacroiliac screw system.

Pantheon Surgical acquired the technology from Osseus Fusion Systems, who will continue to distribute the Blue Topaz/CompresSIve system. Pantheon Surgical is excited for the addition of a front runner in the SI fusion segment that facilitates relief to the millions that suffer from SI joint pain. Eric Hansen, CEO of Pantheon Surgical said, “I’m excited about the transfer acquisition of the Blue Topaz/CompresSIve system into the Pantheon armamentarium. I look forward to a continued relationship with our phenomenal distribution network. We will continue to develop the system by adding two sizes and size surface technologies in the near future”.

With the goal of providing the ultimate Sacroiliac fusion solution for surgeons and patients the Blue Topaz/CompresSIve screw system has numerous competitive advantages that make it a powerhouse in the SI fusion market. Distal cutting flutes and dual lead threads allow for effortless bone grip. Perforated, open implant design results in improved osseointegration and reduced radiographic signature. Integrated safety features help control targeting and screw insertion and incorporate a post fusion removal system.

With the addition of Blue Topaz/CompresSIve technology, visionary product development, and advanced sales direction Pantheon Surgical continues to demonstrate their strength to compete at the highest level in the spinal industry.

Pantheon Surgical’s other products include the Pontus implant, the Epiphany implant, the Trident Anchor Cervical Implant, the Summit Spine Channel and Yellowstone Interbody Fusion Systems.
