Asked why Westchester was the ideal location, Dr. Galatz told OSN, “We are excited to expand into Westchester County. We have historically served patients from this location, just being in the neighborhood improves access for patients and improves patient satisfaction. The Orthopedic group will complement the many other Mount Sinai physician specialties serving this community. Many patients want to seek care close to home and now we bring our expertise to their doorstep.”

As for challenges, she noted, “With the service interruptions of 2020, we were delayed. However, in the past few months we have operationalized safe, world-class care in a brand-new state-of-the art facility.”
