Alphatec Spine to Present at Two Investor Conferences in June

  --  Jefferies 2010 Global Life Sciences Conference, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern
      Time on Thursday, June 10, 2010, in New York City.
  --  Wells Fargo Securities Healthcare Conference at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time
      on Thursday, June 24, 2010 at InterContinental Hotel, Boston,
      Massachusetts.
