“Eric Hansen, at the helm of Pantheon, Acquires Incite”

Eric Hansen, CEO of Pantheon Spinal LLC, is proud to announce his acquisition of Incite Innovation LLC. Pantheon Spinal is known for the A.T.L.A.S. (Anterior to Lateral Approach System) approach to L5-S1 surgeries. This inventive bolt on and tuck in strategy has allowed Pantheon to load up their armamentarium of instrumentation and implants. Pantheon prioritizes sustainability when evaluating current spine implants on the market and is focused on emerging modular technologies, such as allowing multiple uses for one tray and/or implant category. With new CEO Eric Hansen’s acquisition, Pantheon is uniquely positioned to utilize the combined innovation and strengths of both companies.

Incite Innovation developed the landmark Anterior Cervical Fusion system and cutting edge Anchored Interbody Technology. Hansen’s acquisition of Incite’s Anchored Interbody Technology comes with a vast portfolio of instruments built for Cervical, Lateral, and Anterior Lumbar approaches. Under Hansen’s leadership Pantheon Spinal is in the process of developing revolutionary technology for the Lateral and Lumbar Anterior systems.

AR Fabricating LLC, a manufacturer with a reputation of short lead times while maintaining precise machining tolerances and quality standards, is poised to bring their manufacturing excellence to this collaborative project. With the addition of Incite’s existing technology, spirit of innovation, and industry expertise, Pantheon Spinal has again demonstrated its ability to uniquely serve the spinal industry as a company “built by surgeons for surgeons”.
