OrthoSolutions Introduces the Volition™ MTPJ Plating System Featuring V-Lock™ Technology

May 5, 2022 – OrthoSpineNews –

OrthoSolutions is excited to announce the full commercialization of its proprietary VolitionTM MTPJ Plating System in the United States.

The VolitionTM MTPJ Plating System is an expansion of our VolitionTM Plating Line which originated with the evidence-based VolitionTM Ankle Fracture Plating System.  The VolitionTM Platform utilizes patent-pending V-LockTM Technology that allows variable angle locking to occur without cross-threading.  The proprietary MTPJ plates include multiple, anatomic variations and work in concert with our patent-pending guide to easily position the lag screw(s).

Many thanks go out to the design team of the VolitionTM MTPJ Plating System which consisted of John Anderson, DPM of New Mexico Bone & Joint Institute, Eric Barp, DPM FACFAS of The Iowa Clinic, Don Buddecke, DPM FACFAS of Omaha, Nebraska & Pat Ebeling, MD of Minneapolis, MN.
